  • Developed an innovative approach for joining forces of consumers in order to boost energy efficient technologies and appliances.


  • Tested these innovative approaches in practice and integrated them into local policies and procedures.


  • Transfered experience at first hand to other local authorities.


  • Promoted the application and implementation of these approaches widely by providing guidance, recommendations and best practice.
